Beef Jerky Posted April 2, 2015 Share Posted April 2, 2015 (edited) Always the person behind the wheel in that case. Follow the speed limit and it would have never of happened. He was going 80-90 mph they said, so that means everyone that speeds and crashes can file a lawsuit, b.c just about all vehicles can go that fast.
