How does everyone like their steak cooked?

Really really really well done.

Like when you bite the steak it looks like biting on bread. Instead of bread crumbs falling off of your mouth, steak crumbs falling off the mouth.

I had a guy actually come in the kitchen once and tell me. I want my steak well done. I mean really well done. Put it on the grill go outside and smoke a cigarette. Come back flip it and go out and have another one.

That's how I order it in a restaurant. That way I'm pretty much covered. I'll enjoy a good quality piece of steak anywhere from rare to medium.
