HamSandwhich Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 "Bills have their old backup" Frank Reich? Did he come back?
sodbuster Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 Frank Reich? Did he come back? How big are his hands?

Chuck Wagon Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 Pretty sure I read the Ravens offered Taylor more than we did but he came because he wanted to compete for the job.

Mr. WEO Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 Pretty sure I read the Ravens offered Taylor more than we did but he came because he wanted to compete for the job. Couldn't find that. I did see they "maintained interest" before they let him walk. I don't think they made an offer.

elroy16 Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 As a 6th round pick, tyrod Taylor started his rookie year as the lone backup to joe flacco. Although he didn't really play any important snaps in 4 years with the ravens, he was the backup QB to flacco all 4 years. The ravens are one of those organizations that if a player is able to stick as the lone backup QB, I have to believe that player has a certain amount of talent and intelligence. I don't recall the contract situation between Taylor and the ravens and I don't expect him to start and lead buffalo to the Super Bowl, but he is certainly an interesting prospect. I can't imagine the ravens keeping a 6th round pick around for 4 years if he didn't show something and improve each year.
billsfan89 Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 I think the Bills were the weakest QB situation for Taylor to land. He actually could get a look to be the starter and I wouldn't be surprised to see Roman run some sort of read option wildcat funky type plays for him.
