Billsfansince90 Posted March 27, 2015 Posted March 27, 2015 Hard to tell how Fitz would have fared with his ribs in tact that year (2011), not to mention with a receiving core better than 1.Stevie Johnson with a groin hangup, 2. Donald Jones??? and 3. David Nelson. He still almost threw for 4000, not saying he's great eh, but surely did a hell of a lot with a little. Would be interesting to see what he would do with this core.

It's a fact that in a Texans O where his major job was to hand off to Arian Foster then stay out of his way, he threw near a career-low 2.6% INT and a career-high 5.4% TD. One does suspect at least part of the issue with the late INTs has been slinging it late in the game to try to come from behind. But it's really a moot point. As the song says "Lido missed the boat that day. He left the shack. But that was all he missed. And he ain't comin' back."
