Billsguy Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 It's not DirecTVs fault. Why blame them? Correct. The NFL is an organization run by millionaires for the benefit of billionaires (owners). The NFL calls all the shots and DirecTV can do nothing about it!
CodeMonkey Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 Last year at the Houston Bills Backers bar, it was raining really heavy, and the Dish signal went out in the 4th quarter, so we had like 20 people huddled around one table that had an iPad. And then just someone giving a play by play of everything going on to the rest of the bar. Yeah rain fade, as that's called, can be a real B word depending upon where the dish is located. Snow can cause issues as well, though not in Houston I suppose

Mike in Horseheads Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 thats true, I have it but have never used it. Hmmm I've used it and it works but never for something live.
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 I'm tech support for Dish. I know all about that. lol. Are you serious? You work for Dish Network? You need to move over to DTV-- far superior product.
flomoe Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 All depends on the network Nbc or fox has but I don't believe cbs has I've watched playoff games streaming with little issue CBS is still lousy to watch the NFL. Their audio sucks balls and I think they have one guy running all over the stadium trying to get a decent camera angle. They have very few replays because they don't have nearly enough cameras to cover everything going on -on the field. I am surprised how long the NFL has let this happen without any upgrade to their product.

WhitewalkerInPhilly Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 (edited) Actually, that gives me hope. I've been using their video player and it's been working pretty well. As an out of town fan, it would be nice to see a game without taking off my pajamas, which will be on because, well, 9:30 AM. Edited June 3, 2015 by Whitewalker Merriman
Dorkington Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Hopefully it's on their Apple TV channel or something...
26CornerBlitz Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Hopefully it's on their Apple TV channel or something... @theboohi @BuffRumblings Assuming they are using Yahoo Screen, you can probably stream from Apple TV, Chromecast, Roku, and Xbox.

Cereal Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Interesting development on my end. I will be in Orlando FL for the game (attending a wedding the evening prior). Is Orlando in the JAX market? Will the game be shown in local bars?
26CornerBlitz Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 @john_kucko The #Bills #Jaguars London game will be free on Yahoo. Will NOT be televised in Rochester, only Buf/Jax #BillsMafia
