Rex already knows Dolphins decision. He and Tannenbaum likely either talk or text every day. I voted that the Phins will match -- only because Stephen Ross will make this decision and he absolutely hates to lose negotiations and this will be a loss in his eyes.

 

I would be very, very happy to be wrong...

If the Dolphins match it will be VERY interesting to hear what the "Experts" say. I'm betting they will think it was a great idea for the Dolphins to keep him. But if the Bills get him we over payed.
