Chalkie Gerzowski Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 The property in question was on Dodge on the East side of Buffalo. RMPL! 232028 Is that road "Dodgey"
RickJames Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 The only post about this on bb.com was started by someone named airbledsoe11? Coincidence? http://boards.buffalobills.com/forums/inde...showtopic=38700 231721 LOL! D O U C H E B A G
IDBillzFan Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 My Aunt can't sell her house for $37K............Buffalo Realestate 231983 And she probably won't as long as there's one bathroom in there. I learned that lesson early on in buying property. Don't buy a one-bathroom house without plans to add another or you'll never unload it. Just a thought.
stuckincincy Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 Pretty bad section of the east side. Not the kind of area where you would want your car to break down. Matter a fact it was bad when the Bills played at the rockpile in the late 60's.When you click on the "map & directions" for this house, the green park area directly to the right is where the rockpile was. 231744 People used to let game goers park on their lawns for a buck or so.

Last year MY HOOD (area surrounding the stadium, not the stadium or it's parking lots) was rated as 2nd safest on game days of all the NFL stadiums.
