GunnerBill Posted March 17, 2015 Posted March 17, 2015 Have you watched Cassel and Manuel? Gotta keep looking until you find something, no matter who it is Schaub has nothing left.
The Real Buffalo Joe Posted March 17, 2015 Posted March 17, 2015 Shaub was a good QB. Unfortunately, Gary Kubiak ruined him. He never let him audible. Only let him run the exact play that he sent in. Which is understandable for a young QB. But after three, four years in the league, the guy knew how to play. He knew how to read defenses. He should be able make atleast minor adjustments to blocking schemes, change some routes, etc. Without that, he was sacked too many times, threw too many picks. He's ruined. Maybe as a backup, but I see him as a lateral move at best from Cassel.
Maury Ballstein Posted March 17, 2015 Posted March 17, 2015 Shaub was better than good at his peak. That peak can't be scaled anymore and shaub is toast. If anyone has watched his whole career it's easy to see. He lost his fastball, now he's another member of the fitzortonholcombclub. Bad idea.
