eball
In the midst of free agency I wanted to stop and take inventory of what has happened so far this year with the Bills' roster: Additions: ----------- LeSean McCoy -- RB (trade) Jerome Felton -- FB (free agent) Richie Incognito -- OG (free agent) Matt Cassel -- QB (trade) Tyrod Taylor -- QB (free agent) Percy Harvin -- WR/KR (free agent) Charles Clay -- TE (free agent) Subtractions: --------------- Kiko Alonso -- LB (trade) Da'Norris Searcy -- S (free agent) Erik Pears -- tub 'o goo (free agent) Scott Chandler -- TE (released) CJ Spiller -- RB (free agent) Chris Hairston -- OL (not signed) Lee Smith -- TE (free agent) Kyle Orton -- QB (retired) Brandon Spikes -- LB (pending/free agent) Re-signed/Extended: ----------------------- Jerry Hughes -- DL/LB (re-signed) Marcus Easley -- WR/ST (re-signed) Jarius Wynn -- DE (re-signed) Jordan Gay -- KO specialist (re-signed) Chris Hogan -- WR/ST (re-signed) Kyle Williams -- DT (extended) Corbin Bryant -- DT (re-signed) ----------------- Pretty active front office, I'd say, and almost overwhelmingly favorable. Did I miss anyone? (Edited to list re-signed/extended as its own section) Edited March 19, 2015 by eball
Numark3
Good job. Maybe throw re-signings in their own section at the bottom? They aren't really additions Good work

Mark80
I haven't seen anything about Harvin actually having signed at this point. Maybe I missed it, but all I've seen is that he has agreed to a deal, not that he signed and I certainly never got an alert from the Bills saying he signed. It's starting to make me a bit nervous that the thing may fall through (a la Jordan Cameron back to the Browns).

BuffaloFan68
Bills Road to the Super Bowl! Right now I see it coming down to us playing Indy for the AFC to play Philly in the SB.

Rock'em Sock'em
So far we have a net loss in qualified free agents. I wonder it that will yield compensatory picks next year. I don't think Ingocnito counts as he was signed outside the FA window. Also, I understand that players need to be UFA to qualify. So Clay would not count whether the transition tag remains or if he is cut. So looks like we're in line for extra 6th and/or 7th round pick next year. EmotionallyUnstable
From a pure positional roster number standpoint... +1 FB (Felton) +2 QB (Taylor, Cassel) +1 WR (Harvin) -1 T (Hairston) -1 S (Searcy) -1 LB (Kiko) -2 TE (Lee, Chandler) Positions that were even (RB) were ommitted Clay and Spikes were also not counted in these numbers Edited March 15, 2015 by AlwaysBilleve

Punch
FWIW, if you believe Joe Chenelly is wired in to someone at OBD, it sounds like it's still a possibility that Spikes is re-signed once the dust settles on Clay, OG, etc: @jchenelly: Good questio, @rmarx188. @BrandonSpikes51 wants to return. The front office has a lot of things to sort out still. #Patience
