C.Biscuit97 Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Clearly, you forgot those legendary 500 yard seasons for Pierre Thomas. And 77 catches. And Spiller >>> Thomas.
Kirby Jackson Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 New Orleans is the perfect place for him. He's a good dude and I wish him well.
Kirby Jackson Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 I wish him the best. True professional who got dumped on a lot here and was a classy individual. Â Watch what a real offensive coach does with him instead of Jacksonville Jags assistant coaches. Fantasy sleeper alert. Agree 100%
NoSaint Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 CJ + Mark Ingram is a good 1-2 punch Yup - we will see if they can design and commit to a plan with him. I know it was up and down with Reggie but I think he can shine there if they don't out think themselves.
FireChan Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 And 77 catches. And Spiller >>> Thomas. Fit him for his jacket!
Lurker Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 I wish him the best. True professional who got dumped on a lot here and was a classy individual. Â Watch what a real offensive coach does with him instead of Jacksonville Jags assistant coaches. Fantasy sleeper alert. Agreed. C.J. could never live up to where he was drafted but he was still a good guy who represented the team and city well....
BillsFan-4-Ever Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 All over twitter dude. Adam Schefter reported it first on my timeline. Â And now that I've beat Yolo in breaking one of these stories, my day is made. I don't do Twitter, I don't sigh up for automatic texts either. Â Report: C.J. Spiller agrees to terms with Saints
NoSaint Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Agreed. C.J. could never live up to where he was drafted but he was still a good guy who represented the team and city well.... Reggie had a similar curse in New Orleans. Spiller should be a fun one
YoloinOhio Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 All over twitter dude. Adam Schefter reported it first on my timeline. Â And now that I've beat Yolo in breaking one of these stories, my day is made. i go to work out and miss a trade and two signings of former Bills. Â Not sure whether to be depressed or laugh that both guys were starters here and are going elsewhere to be the guy behind the guy.
r00tabaga Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Class act. Glad he's not on Jets. Best wishes CJ!
Maury Ballstein Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Agreed. C.J. could never live up to where he was drafted but he was still a good guy who represented the team and city well.... His 1700 yard season in 2011 definetly lived up to the hype. Best of luck to CJ, it will be fun watching a good qb utilizing him in the passing game.
kasper13 Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 At least he can watch the games with his old teammate Byrd when they are both on IR.
boyst Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Called Murray to eagles. And this. Now let's see if I'm right on Dallas. Once the Murray deal happened teams had to move on what's left
Bills Fan in MD Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Wish him all the best. That said, it probably would have been cheaper (and less painful) for them if they had managed their cap better last year and just kept Sproles.
NoSaint Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Wish him all the best. That said, it probably would have been cheaper (and less painful) for them if they had managed their cap better last year and just kept Sproles. the thing is sproles is turning 32 this offseason and was coming off totally nonproductive season last year. this is a much better long term play for them.
die hard bills fan Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Good luck. I always liked him but he never really lived up to his potential I guess due to injuries and poor coaching.
Doc Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Did he get more than $4.5 million per year the Bills offered him?
