BillsFan-4-Ever Posted March 12, 2015 Posted March 12, 2015 (edited) currently as of 8:30 AM you could say that he's #2 behind Gragg current roster Chris Gragg, MarQueis Gray and Chris Manhertz http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/teams/buf/roster/;_ylt=A0LEViVmhwFVqqgAG_slnIlQ Edited March 12, 2015 by BillsFan-4-Ever
Codyny13 Posted March 12, 2015 Posted March 12, 2015 I think "fat Sammy" could be number two. Perfect
K D Posted March 12, 2015 Posted March 12, 2015 Grey is a former college QB so he is super athletic. if we want an athletic TE then we might be able to do something with him. he's still learning the position but as we saw last year he is capable of big plays
enlightener Posted March 12, 2015 Posted March 12, 2015 He's talking TE not WR Anyone? ok I thought he meant our center
Formerly Allan in MD Posted March 12, 2015 Posted March 12, 2015 Can we outbid the Browns for Clay, if that's what it's all about?
BillsFan-4-Ever Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 Can we outbid the Browns for Clay, if that's what it's all about? the Brownies have double the Bills cap space (If I am reading this correctly) http://www.spotrac.com/nfl/cleveland-browns/cap/ Cap Space (w/Top 51 & Projected Draft Pool) $33,492,474
Hot Buffalo Wings Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 (edited) Kill me now No one is forcing you to click on these threads. If it doesn't interest you then move on. If anything, your comment bumped it up. MarQueis Gray is the man. I'm excited to see what he can do for us this season regardless of the role he plays. Edited March 13, 2015 by Hot Buffalo Wings
Over 29 years of fanhood Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 i hear people talk often about how impressed the are with grey, and im a litle puzzled. he had that one long gainer on a play where the defense had combusted and he blew down the field. i was cheering and high fiving my football buddy and we were wondering aloud "who the F is this guy?" then he had another decent deep catch and watched him plow a LB on a run play. the guy made some moves and seemed to be in the right place at right time but im not about to annoint him a potential superstar just yet. i like him and hope he continues to improve but i think the praise for him is a litte overhyped based mostly upon one long pass reception where the defense was caught sleeping. Every once and again a change in system turns a guy the was a bubble player, one which executed on gameday when given a rare chance, into a solid contributor. One example to me is stevie when (no matter what you thought of him) he went from DJs offense to Chans.
