Alaska Darin Posted February 7, 2005 Posted February 7, 2005 I can't believe they aren't charging anyone! Are we beginning to see common sense law enforcement?
Zamboni Man Posted February 7, 2005 Posted February 7, 2005 And all the talk was about 11 and 12 year olds wanting to go out by themselves.
KD in CA Posted February 7, 2005 Posted February 7, 2005 I can't believe they aren't charging anyone! Are we beginning to see common sense law enforcement? 231217 I'm outraged. There should be a 'zero tolerance' policy for four year olds driving cars.

After all, cars kill alot more people than guns.

stevestojan Posted February 7, 2005 Posted February 7, 2005 did they REALLY need to mention that the kid wasn't gonna be charged? And the funniest thing is that after the crash, the little bastard threw the car in reverse and hit the police cruiser! haha
DC Tom Posted February 7, 2005 Posted February 7, 2005 did they REALLY need to mention that the kid wasn't gonna be charged? Yes, they did... And the funniest thing is that after the crash, the little bastard threw the car in reverse and hit the police cruiser! haha 231499 ...because that's assaulting a law enforcement officer and assault with a deadly weapon, clear and plain. Kid easily could have gotten 14 years for it... Okay, so he didn't...but you know in some state out there, there's some prosecutor dumb enough that they would have tried it. Hell, in California, the lady would have had her son kidnapped by social services while she was tried with attempted gross vehicular manslaughter with special circumstance (threatening an officer of the law)...
