I want to know why his mother didn't lock the keys to the car in a child proof container. After all, cars kill alot more people than guns.

And the funniest thing is that after the crash, the little bastard threw the car in reverse and hit the police cruiser! haha

...because that's assaulting a law enforcement officer and assault with a deadly weapon, clear and plain. Kid easily could have gotten 14 years for it... :blink:

 

Okay, so he didn't...but you know in some state out there, there's some prosecutor dumb enough that they would have tried it. :P:P Hell, in California, the lady would have had her son kidnapped by social services while she was tried with attempted gross vehicular manslaughter with special circumstance (threatening an officer of the law)...
