I really didn't care one way or the other, he was basically last man on roster and last active player on game days so having a kickoff specialist looked a lot worse then it actually was/is. At the end of the day the Bills kickoff coverage was pretty good last year wasn't it? And def better then it was in 2013. Edited March 5, 2015 by Max997
The Real Buffalo Joe Posted March 5, 2015 Posted March 5, 2015 He was a waste of a roster spot. Hindsight is 20/20, and we'll never know, but I think Carpenter recovers the onside kick vs. Denver. Or atleast has a better chance.

And, he seemed to get better after coming to Buffalo from Miami and focusing solely on FG's/Extra Pts.

I accepted the trade for Cassel because he's a veteran who at worst can mentor EJ or whoever else we bring in. But now... now we just up and get rid of Jordan Gay for nothing! This is just too much to take. I'm so f#%$ing done with this team!
