PromoTheRobot Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 @Espngreeny · 1h 1 hour ago Matt Cassel to Buffalo. Assuming Shady reports happy and healthy, Rex makes the playoffs with this team this year. #BillsMafia
ProcessAccepted Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 This talk is just silly at this point. Agreed. The OL and TE need to be addressed.
BillsFan-4-Ever Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 BC yes, AC yes. Cassel may only be Tuel's replacement as the backup offering sage advice to EJ.

BillsFan-4-Ever Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 How do you people forget these guys are being brought in to compete... are they? or is that your supposition to build for the future you need to work with the new tools you have to see for sure if they will work for you. If not then next year you get other brand new tools to work with and not decade old hardware and software.
K D Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 I think Locker is being brought in to compete. Cassel is the wise old veteran insurance policy. Not there to compete but there to mentor and ready to play in case the young guys fail
Bookie Man Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 5/1 Vegas odds. Might lay something down before it changes.

Not there to compete but there to mentor and ready to play in case the young guys fail I like this idea. And I really hope it is a fair competition. That would serve everyone best.
Zac Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 (edited) Realistically..how much money can Locker demand. $3MM? Edited March 4, 2015 by Zac
K D Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 (edited) Realistically..how much money can Locker demand. $3MM? keep in mind Locker isn't about the money. he went back to college instead of come out early and be the #1 pick in the draft. he said then "I've never made a decision based on money so I wasn't going to start doing it (then)." he also turned down $2 million to play baseball out of high school instead of going to college for football. he's not driven by money. he won't be looking for a big pay day, he will be looking for an opportunity to start on a good team, and we give him that https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wqDLCBsZqPI Edited March 4, 2015 by kdiggz
NewEra Posted March 5, 2015 Posted March 5, 2015 Wish we got locker and went with him and Ej, maybe throw in a guy we draft this year. To me, we spent on draft pick on a tutor. Really hope he doesn't play
