papazoid Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Chris Mortensen @mortreport 43s44 seconds ago Ndamukong Suh will sign with #Dolphins on Tuesday based off parameters around $114 million and $60 million guaranteed, per sources. ut oh
Uffalo Ills Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Confirmed. They just signed him for 114mil via Chris Mortensen. How are they gonna afford that???
Beef Jerky Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Suh will further motivate the Bills to fix the OL . Might need a OG to play TE against Miami We beat Suh when he was in a better defense last year with out makeshift line.
Sojourner Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Well I'll be darned. I didn't think they'd be able to make such a massive contract work. Kudos to them. Still, doesn't change a thing. Suh can be a dominant player but in reality, I hope the Fish just overpaid for a headache.
klos63 Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Confirmed. They just signed him for 114mil via Chris Mortensen. How are they gonna afford that??? NFL teams make lots of money.
nucci Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 NFL teams make lots of money. Miami owner is a billionaire also
sodbuster Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 NFL teams make lots of money.I think he is asking about cap space.
YoloinOhio Posted March 8, 2015 Author Posted March 8, 2015 Confirmed. They just signed him for 114mil via Chris Mortensen. How are they gonna afford that???they cut all their lbs and WRs
nucci Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 I think he is asking about cap space. Very few teams have trouble with the salary cap. They have people to monitor this...why is everyone concerned about the salary cap
klos63 Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 I think he is asking about cap space. yeah, I know. it's a stupid question. So many comments from fans assuming teams aren't aware of cap implications of contracts they are giving out. It's beyond stupid some of the comments on this board.
peterpan Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Dareus will get that deal. With 40 mil to a RB how can we afford to keep any of our own guys?
klos63 Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Dareus will get that deal. With 40 mil to a RB how can we afford to keep any of our own guys? we can't, the team will fold operations next year. Can't afford to stay in business.
YoloinOhio Posted March 8, 2015 Author Posted March 8, 2015 Dareus will get that deal. With 40 mil to a RB how can we afford to keep any of our own guys?no qb
YoloinOhio Posted March 8, 2015 Author Posted March 8, 2015 (edited) My god. AFCE arms race underway.Stepping all over Brady twice a year, grinding him into the turf with his foot Edited March 8, 2015 by YoloinOhio
Beef Jerky Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 NFL teams make lots of money. He means how can a team that is basically near the cap able to do that. Has nothingnto do with owners money.
Ed_Formerly_of_Roch Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 So the transition tag just gives the Fish the option to match whatever offers he may get elsewhere correct?? Not picks or anything involved? I't still a pain though as you have money tied up for what is it 7 to 10 days they have to match? Not sure if it's worth it? Suppose the Bill's could look elsewhere initially at other TE's, if they can't find anyone better, and they've made whatever main moves they plan to make so they pretty much know where they stand money wise , then go after Clay if they don't like any of the other options. Hello Clay!
Reed83HOF Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Stepping all over Brady twice a year, grinding him into the turf with his foot I can't wait to see that!! Play Tuel as our QB when we play the Phins...
