All I have to go on is what they print and what I interpret.

from the specified numbers in 2015 (at this time) his cap hit is $10,250,000

from this site

http://www.spotrac.com/nfl/buffalo-bills/

under the column of Guaranteed I see the number of $20,765,000

i understand. it also lists it as 5 years and 45m which is his full contract. its giving the total deal dollars, not whats remaining. you are halfway through the 5 year deal. Edited by NoSaint

I'm looking for his deal to be restructured.

GO BILLS!!!

@RapSheet: The final piece of LeSean McCoy for Kiko Alonso deal expected to be a revised contract for Shady. Right now, he has no guaranteed $ in 2016

Any talk about his cap number is pointless until they redo his deal. Right now his cap number is non-existent and won't impact the team's future plans.

excellent point.

even with the number "as is" the Bills still have about $ 22 Mil (see Cap Thread) well it was prior to the Cassel Trade

With the signing of Cassel, we're losing cap space quickly.

Then again, other than Revis (an expensive and exciting luxury but not a necessity) and maybe Iupati, what other FAs do we want?
