I thought that it would be the perfect gift to Bon Jovi, "sorry that you couldn't afford an NFL team to move to Toronto. Please find enclosed the tie that the mayor of Toronto wore when he admitted to smoking crack. We thought that it sort of tied the NFL and Toronto together perfectly.
