YoloinOhio Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 Not Pears tho FTW @mikerodak: The Bills have expressed interest bringing back Jarius Wynn and Larry Dean. There hasn't been movement on Erik Pears.
Kirby Jackson Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 Dean was a Rex guy. He's a waste of a roster spot IMO.
Big C Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 Wynn was a fantastic rotational DE. Glad to keep him. Dean seemed to be ST only, and not the type of ST player that gets signed just for teams. But, I guess if he's super cheap?
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 Not Pears tho FTW @mikerodak: The Bills have expressed interest bringing back Jarius Wynn and Larry Dean. There hasn't been movement on Erik Pears. Almost feel bad for pears. He is a team player, agrees to play an unnatural position, looks terrible, and then they drop him.
It's in My Blood Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 Almost feel bad for pears. He is a team player, agrees to play an unnatural position, looks terrible, and then they drop him. Go feel bad for his bank account.
The Big Cat Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 Go feel bad for his bank account. Once he's in his late 30's. that bank account will have taken quite the toll from the half dozen back surgeries, the neck surgery, knee replacement and shoulder re-alignments.
John from Riverside Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 I was so glad to hear they want Wynn back.....excellent rotational player
SJDK Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 Bring in rookies, I hope they aren't serious about these two.
John from Riverside Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 Bring in rookies, I hope they aren't serious about these two. I dont get you...what exactly is wrong with Wynn
YoloinOhio Posted February 24, 2015 Author Posted February 24, 2015 Bring in rookies, I hope they aren't serious about these two.Of course they will be bringing in rookies too. While I think Wynn has played really well in his role, neither are guaranteed a spot on the 53. They will need to earn it in camp.
seq004 Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 Wynn played really well in rotation last year. I hope he stays.
BuffaloFan68 Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 Wynn is definitely a player I'd like to see remain with the Bills.
Mark Vader Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 Good. Wynn is a veteran and a good back-up, and he won't be expensive.
Big C Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 (edited) Wynn played really well in rotation last year. I hope he stays. In my opinion, he was the best of our 2nd string DL. Also, he's the only player on our team with a ring. Edited February 24, 2015 by Big C
Kirby Jackson Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 In my opinion, he was the best of our 2nd string DL. Also, he's the only player on our team with a ring. Corey Graham
billsfan89 Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 Wynn is definitely a guy that could be useful in Ryan's scheme and provide a lot of helpful depth. Would like the move if they did it.
Big C Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 Corey Graham Bah! I knew I was forgetting someone!
Kirby Jackson Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 Bah! I knew I was forgetting someone! That's okay, I tried to name the QBs that I think are franchise guys last week and forgot Andrew Luck.
KOKBILLS Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 I was so glad to hear they want Wynn back.....excellent rotational player That whole 2nd team D-line played well last year...It seemed like one of them would come up with a big play just about every game...
GunnerBill Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 Bring Wynn back definitely, especially as Lawson projects more as a linebacker in Rex's scheme. Wynn has played as a 3-4 end before (albeit maybe not quite as successfully as he has played in a 4-3). Charles, Wynn and Bryant is still a pretty solid 3 to back up the d-line spots.
