Speaking of ground up and in the freezer, we're digging out from 6-8 inches of snow overnight down here in NC. No power so my iPhone is my only source of entertainment. Keep 'em coming, boys.

Just shoveling the driveway my friend....at least we have power in this part of Wake Forest....stay warm. Perfect day for Hughes to sign.

7.5" here in Davidson Co. Used the tractor on the driveway. I'll head to work later, roads pretty bad here, but we have power. If not, I'd just go to parents & use generator.

Yep we had just moved here before that one.

If it wasn't for the power situation I'd have gone to work; it doesn't appear the roads are all that bad in the triangle. Instead I built a snowman out back and flew my drone around.

Don't they have until the 10th?

Feb only has 28 days... Seeing that this has been going on since January 12 days isn't that long.

Reporting from Wilmington, dry, but nasty out, had about 1/4 inch of snow on Tuesdays, all the schools were closed. I love driving to work on those days, no traffic

Is it time to start panicking?

You should be in a constant state of panic. If/when Hughes signs, the question should be "is it time to stop panicking?"

Meh, I'm at work in NW DC

Ditto. Fed was on a 2 hour delay, but that's about it.

I will say a lot of the side streets were slippery this morning, because the snow built up on top of ice layers that haven't had a chance to thaw.
