Would be a good depth player. Bengs trying to save cap space. He is a decent player.

exactly. Good depth. We need to beef up the line and its depth.

He doesn't upgrade Urbik.

Not beefing up anything with Pollak. Edited by TheTruthHurts

He graded out as "good" on pff's chart for Cincy. That's better than any G on our OL except incognito. You don't think he could be a backup? Edited by YoloinOhio

Same type of player...can be a backup center and fill in at guard in the event of an injury. Probably not a significant upgrade, but if he costs $3M less per season and can do the same job, that's not a bad idea.

I just remember him as an overrated player in Indy. Maybe he improved. Can't say I watched him in Cincy.

everyone improves after they leave Indy! Lol

I guess wouldn't hurt at a cheap price.

Backup depth player I am hoping for is Brian De La Puente. Very high on Kromer, followed him to Chicago from NO. Like to see him in Buffalo as 3rd interior lineman.

id venture all are 6 of one a half dozen of the other. If pay is equal we may as well keep urbik and avoid the dead money. if the coaches have a strong preference go ahead and make the move but im not seeing anything hugely different. Edited by NoSaint

I feels good to say no

but do you really mean it?

i think you are already second guessing>

who are the interior players right now?

i am okay with Urbik at RG and Bu C. Richie at LG.

Wood had a rough year last year and i am not a fan at all of C williams.

gotta bring some more FA in.
