CodeMonkey Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 0 - Drag racing is not an offense that violates any morals clause Perhaps. But it is illegal and puts the NFL in a bad light yet again. 2 games I say.
Beef Jerky Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 Perhaps. But it is illegal and puts the NFL in a bad light yet again. 2 games I say. Actually outside of Bills fans no one really knows.
DrDawkinstein Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 Coulda swore we just had this thread. No? Im going to go with 1-2.
HOUSE Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 Banned for life Moves to a homeless shelter then writes a book on how the NFL screwed him.....sells 3 copies
K D Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 I think 1 game is plenty so that means he will probably get 2
Green Lightning Posted February 22, 2015 Posted February 22, 2015 One game for deflating his tires before the drag race. A couple psi drop per tire gives him better traction and an unfair advantage.
Deranged Rhino Posted February 22, 2015 Posted February 22, 2015 One game for deflating his tires before the drag race. A couple psi drop per tire gives him better traction and an unfair advantage.
Doc Posted February 22, 2015 Posted February 22, 2015 One game for deflating his tires before the drag race. A couple psi drop per tire gives him better traction and an unfair advantage. A preschooler debunked that theory.
Green Lightning Posted February 22, 2015 Posted February 22, 2015 A preschooler debunked that theory. Bill Nye debunked the pre-schooler but they will likely have NASCAR get involved.
rumblefish Posted February 22, 2015 Posted February 22, 2015 endangering public on a public highway is not a noting act, thankfully no was injured or killed, as for penalty, that is up in the air, but Bills management should step in and take appreciate action, but they won't in the end penalty if any would be a fine at most
Ted William's frozen head Posted February 23, 2015 Posted February 23, 2015 Assuming Marcell Dareus’ drag racing court case has been resolved by the start of the season, how many games do you think Roger Goodell will suspend him for? Considering Goodell suspended Nigel Bradham for one game (the season opener) last season, even though the case was thrown out, I feel Dareus could be looking at a 2-4 game suspension. I’m also curious to see what Rex Ryan’s contingency plans are when Dareus will be on suspension. None.
YoloinOhio Posted March 12, 2015 Posted March 12, 2015 @mikerodak: Marcell Dareus just appeared in brief hearing at Hamburg Town Court. Next date scheduled for April 7. Plea negotiations ongoing. @john_wawrow: Still no deal for #Bills Marcell Dareus on car racing charges.
Jerry Jabber Posted March 12, 2015 Author Posted March 12, 2015 I imagine the DA and Dareus' lawyers are still going round-and-round with plea bargaining. I doubt this will go to trial.
DC Greg Posted March 12, 2015 Posted March 12, 2015 One game for deflating his tires before the drag race. A couple psi drop per tire gives him better traction and an unfair advantage. Deflategate 2.0

No deal, then no appearance and better likelihood of it going to trail in May. jw
BillsFan-4-Ever Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Bills' Dareus still in talks to reduce car-racing charges
The Real Buffalo Joe Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Not that I'm advocating for it, but why doesn't Jerry have any sort of talks of issues with the team/league? Just because he wasn't caught?
