Some of those ships have been sitting out waiting for a berth for over a week. The union seems to be turning down some seriously good wages and benefits. Then there is the obvious announcement by WalMart that they were not paying their workers enough as poor customer service and low moral were hurting the wonderful shopping experience that is Wal Mart. Regardless, the deal needs to be done, regardless of who is desperate to get credit for it, because it's holding up projects in a costly manner.
