Canadian Bills Fan Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 (edited) I dont care much about the 40. There is a difference between timed speed and game speed CBF Edited February 20, 2015 by Canadian Bills Fan
thebandit27 Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 With final numbers in on OL and TEs, 2 players test in the red (meaning the sum of their BP reps, VJ inches, and broad feet is 70 or above, which scouts consider the threshold for a player that's measurably more explosive than his peers): Jesse James - TE/Penn State Mitch Morse - OG/Missouri
YoloinOhio Posted February 20, 2015 Author Posted February 20, 2015 @nfldraftscout: Jake Fisher and Ali Marpet dominated the timings today. Thought La'el Collins looked very good in drills.
NoSaint Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 @MikeHuguenin: Just three TEs under 4.8 in first go-round in the 40: Wes Saxton at 4.56, MyCole Pruitt at 4.58 and Clive Walford at 4.79 Chandler runs about a 6 flat so idc but for real talk, as its nice to have a point of reference, chandler was a 4.78
YoloinOhio Posted February 20, 2015 Author Posted February 20, 2015 but for real talk, as its nice to have a point of reference, chandler was a 4.78Doesn't he look soooo slow in games or is it just me
Kirby Jackson Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 but for real talk, as its nice to have a point of reference, chandler was a 4.78 Why are these guys so slow?!?
NoSaint Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 (edited) Doesn't he look soooo slow in games or is it just me yes, but i think thats on a general level because a 4.8 is slower when compared to gronks 4.68, witten at 4.67, jimmy graham at 4.5 or Vernon davis at 4.4 etc.... Nitro Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 Out and about in down town Indy. No Coach sightings but have seen NFL personnel going into the top restaurants. Those men do not miss many meals.
Solomon Grundy Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 (edited) Here's my mock draft 2) Ellis McCarthy DT UCLA: Bills will need to replace Kyle Williams soon. 3) TJ Yeldon RB Alabama: FredEx is getting long in the tooth, possible loss of Spiller won't hurt as much 5) Wes Saxton TE South Alabama: A necessity for the team. Natural hands catcher, possible red zone threat. 5) Blake Bell TE Oklahoma: Big, athletic "FOOTBALL" player. Played multiple positions in college. Bills need "FOOTBALL" players. 6) Dezmin Lewis WR Central Arkansas: Tall receiver. Couldn't get Bryant, so I'll settle with Dez Lewis 7) Nick Marshall CB Auburn: Another "FOOTBALL" player. Could possibly convert to Safety. Edited February 20, 2015 by the skycap
YoloinOhio Posted February 21, 2015 Author Posted February 21, 2015 Good stuff here @TheJoeMarino: My notes from Day 1 of the 2015 NFL Scouting Combine: http://t.co/rBu9SPdzaj
QCity Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 I'm interested to see Dorial Green-Beckham. Raw route runner with character issues but a freakish specimen. Speak of the devil, Skurski just wrote a piece on him.
Kirby Jackson Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 Speak of the devil, Skurski just wrote a piece on him. Not a coincidence as a good bit of the Bills talk originates on this board.

Kirby Jackson Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 (edited) No OLine eh? Interesting. Obviously dependent on free agency. I see them drafting a maximum of 1 OL. They drafted 3 last year that they aren't giving up on. At least 1 will still be added through FA. He will be an experienced guy expected to start. The thought being that they develop the guys from last year as opposed TP bringing in another rookie. You only carry 8 OL or something like that; I don't expect 1/2 of them to be 1st or 2nd year guys. Edited February 21, 2015 by Kirby Jackson
YoloinOhio Posted February 21, 2015 Author Posted February 21, 2015 Hundley ran a 4.63 Brandon bridge 4.77 and 4.72
