Here's Massare's source this week. Enjoy it with the requisite grain of coarse sea salt.

@KevinMassare: First things first "We are expecting to get a Sunday or Monday night football game this year as well as our Thursday game"

@KevinMassare: Source: "Coach Ryan has brought us a lot of attention. He expects Incognito to start day 1, and to keep clean in the locker room."

@KevinMassare: Source : "We are still in the process of looking for a football operations guy to help assess the Roster, has to be approved by coach".

@KevinMassare: Source: " Hard to focus on much else, Hughes has been a priority in the building. We can start actively talking next week".

@KevinMassare: Source: "a big receiving threat to help out offense will be addressed. It could come in form of WR/TE, top of our priority list".

@KevinMassare: "We are looking for another pure DL run stopper in our defensive fronts, Rex has made that clear."

@KevinMassare: Source: "I can't name names, but all avenues are being exhausted for QBs this offseason, we expect strong competition this season".

@KevinMassare: Source "Naturally plans could change if Revis walks, him and Gilmore would give us an unstoppable defense, not expected to sniff waters tho"

@KevinMassare: Source: "we have plans in place when it comes to futures of Dareus and Gilmore, I can tell you guys that".

He added that the SNF or MNF game was implied to be a home game

Here's the FA list of DTs

Oh?

@KevinMassare: Like I've been told in the past though. They definitely look at Twitter/message boards. Use it in trade talks all the time.

Doomed. If Buffalo Barbarian gets any credence in that office we're in major trouble and it will definitely be a little talked about direction at QB.

Again, grain of salt, but it certainly is interesting.

I especially find it interesting that a TE/big WR is top priority. I might have guessed another guard.

Jordan Cameron perhaps? Julius Thomas and Peyton Manning? Lol the offseason lets the mind wander.

The big receiving threat thing doesn't make sense, maybe but for a TE.

Having said that, we could wave a magic wand, put Gronk on this roster, and make him wide open by 10 yards on every play. If the QB can't see him or get the ball to him, it doesn't matter.

QB, QB, QB, QB, QB.

Focus on that.

And re-sign Hughes...and get another good guard.

Kendrik Ellis from the Jests might be a good price/value signing...

Kenny Britt might be a good signing for the big WR they're looking for, but the QB situation is going to work against them with whoever they target (his checkered past would be no problem for Rex and his bully build)...

Exactly. A TE should be a top priority but not a WR. WR doesn't make any sense to me.

I think that a BIG receiving threat needs to be a priority. They have 2 good receivers on the roster but neither is a big red zone target. Hogan, Goodwin, Chandler, etc... are depth players or specialists. They desperately need a redzone target.

Same difference honestly, they need a big target regardless of position. That line is so blurred anyways.

If you get a solid TE Chandler will become a redzone target. People forget his value with Fitz. He was huge inthe EZ.

Mike Williams has always been good in the red zone. Let's try and get him. Oh wait.

Marrone was a clown.

Crabtree? He's like the real Mike Williams, yo

Or- Justin Hardy in the draft

Could be a hybrid guy. Funchess in the draft, as an example. Played TE in college but expected to line up as WR in NFL. He's like an Ebron type. Edited by YoloinOhio

I think Crabtree kinda sucks. He's mediocre.

I like Chandler but he is at best a #2 TE. He plays smaller than his size and is slow. He has a career high 6 tds.

Look at what Gronk does for Brady. Brady is a dink and dunker and has a monster mismatch. We need that kind of weapon. We've neglect TE also as bad as qb.

I believe that post was mediocre. It should have been in all caps.

You're just a thug. :)

Yes, as a number 2 TE he is best. But, as a number 2 TE he may be top 3 in the league. Even if you only put him beside Ebron or someone who can stretch the field or quickly move about it, anchoring his big butt somewhere on a shallow post or dump route would be money. Sure, the read option is so 2012 but a read option with a bonafide TE and Chandler on the line and someone quick in the backfield would be nice.

Jordan Cameron, TJ Yeldon, Scott Chandler in the lineup with Woods or this big WR (which I believe because we went after Mike Williams) and Sammy would be sweet.

Cameron and Chandler to one side. Yeldon and QB in the backfield, shotgun. Sammy on the opposite in a split formation with Woods on the same side as the TE's. Cameron runs shallow middle, Sammy runs a sideline route to the EZ, Woods runs a 2 yard hook. Yeldon and QB run a read option with Chandler turning and running behind the pocket as a dump off guy... yeah, we got some talent to work with.

so if they can get Cameron here on a reasonable contract it would be the sale of the century. I just can't see him going somewhere else without a QB. I also heard he wants to be out west. I can see him going to Seattle or Oakland. Or even GB who could use a TE like that and of course he'd be playing with Rogers. Unless the Bills offer signif more than anyone else I don't see it. And with his injury history, not sure he's worth a huge contract right now. His best bet is probably to take a 2 yr deal to put him in position to put up huge numbers, hope to stay healthy for a couple years, and then go back to FA for a mega TE deal. Edited by YoloinOhio
