I have no friggin' idea what that means as the vast majority of the Chennai population is vegetarian and that is reflected in the local cuisine. That being said, I had some of the best (Indian style) meat and fish barbeque in that town. I concur. I visit the NO area quite often and that region has the best cuisine in the US, bar none. Unless I am totally mistaken, there is no Chennai version of chicken wings, Buffalo style or otherwise. Yep! Same here... I am totally confused! My daughter has a pen-pal that wrote her from Chennai... I just never knew! I should have had my daughter ask her pen-pal how the wings were! Second thought, scratch that.
