Explain that one for us. You won't/can't Credibility? The only thing the Democrats passed while in the majority was something they had to pass before they could know what was in it. Everything else put forward by the left since then was done by presidential fiat, not through actually legislating.

Yet the Republican Party's own rhetoric sells half the country as a kind of domestic enemy. It's a nearly impossible balancing act for a general-election candidate. Scott Walker as a political performer is pretty uninspiring. He doesn't have George Bush's pretzel-mouthed Texas charm or Sarah Palin's hockey Mom magnetism. He can't fall back on an ethnic American dream parable like the one Marco Rubio can run on. He's just a doughy, finger-pointing white guy of the type the Republican Party has been churning out to fill state assembly seats or run in back-bench congressional districts seemingly since the beginning of time. He's exactly the kind of politician the modern Democratic Party is set up to beat.

To anyone paying attention the federal government has become more of a burden than a asset. To expensive. Not representative. Illegal operations. To anyone that works and pays taxes there is no use for the Federal government. Even the duties they are tasked to do they do a piss poor job. Like immigration. The only people that worship at the feet of the feds are the ones that are incompetent , lazy , incapable or socialist. I assume you are one of those but no matter. Constitutional republic works! Magox Posted March 5, 2015 Posted March 5, 2015 In all Seriousness, Walker does have that mid western charm and composure that makes him a likable candidate in the eyes of many. He also has that unique ability to have the potential to unite most factions of the GOP, which would increase turnout. Having said that, his penchant to commit unforced errors perceived by the mainstream media (which of course then turns out to be an actual unforced error due to the power of the press/media) is troublesome not only for the donor class, but any middle-of-the-road conservatives. He has got to get better.
