As coaches and general managers prepare to make potentially franchise-altering decisions in the 2015 NFL Draft, now is the perfect time to look back and see how the choices made last year played out on the field. Bucky Brooks will be reviewing and grading each team's rookie class from 2014, as well as highlighting what organizations should hone in on at this month's NFL Scouting Combine

Watkins and "Uhm" had solid years, and the team got unusual value from a 7th round round pick in Henderson, but the fact that they hardly even got a snap from their 2nd and 4th rounders hurts. Past the 4th round, it's a relative crapshoot, so you can't give Cyril or Johnson too many problems for not producing... Though I remain optimistic that the flashes that I saw in the preseason of Johnson mean he could produce something this year, even earning a little playing time if the team loses Hughes and/or Spikes.

Bills get more credit for later round picks than they get dinged for early ones. Simple math when you look back at history will tell you that they did well. Would it have been good for their early rounders to work out better? Sure, but I'm not sure any team ever is perfect. Henderson more than makes up for Kouandjio. For the round he was picked, love Preston Brown. Watkins played on one leg for half the season. It's hard to say how he'll turn out, but he's looked pretty dynamic when he gets the ball. I would no doubt give the Bills a better draft grade than our other AFC teams.

I still think the corner they took in round 4 could be a player long term too. His issue is being behind good players at that position. But you can never have too many good corners.... we lost definitely 1 maybe 2 games in 2013 due to Justin Rodgers being useless.
