Steven in MD Posted February 7, 2005 Posted February 7, 2005 He would not even start on 30 of the 32 teams in the NFL. That is why he signed such a low contract...because only Belly-Ass could make him a player...

Steven in MD Posted February 7, 2005 Posted February 7, 2005 Bruschi is far better than you're willing to give him credit for.... 230246 Brushci or Fletcher? Lewis....Vilma....Urlacher....Bruschi? Who would you want?
Rico Posted February 7, 2005 Posted February 7, 2005 He would not even start on 30 of the 32 teams in the NFL. That is why he signed such a low contract...because only Belly-Ass could make him a player... 230240 He'd be starting on the Bills. Fletcher would be playing SLB.
Thamus Posted February 7, 2005 Posted February 7, 2005 Yes. Bruschi should be MVP! 2 million for 4 years? What a teamer! And he loves kids too! Did you see him pat the boy,who flipped the coin toss, on the head?
KurtGodel77 Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 Not only that, did you guys see what he did to the Colts? Bruschi is a guy who loves winning.
njsue Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 Brushci or Fletcher? Lewis....Vilma....Urlacher....Bruschi? Who would you want? 230280 Urlacher
BuffaloBud Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 Vilma. The others have the experience, but what I saw of a rookie just knocked my socks off. Kid has a great future.
LabattBlue Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 He would not even start on 30 of the 32 teams in the NFL. That is why he signed such a low contract...because only Belly-Ass could make him a player... 230240 I think my eyes are playing games with me. For a second, I thought you wrote that Bruschi couldn't start for 30 of 32 NFL teams.
ROCCEO Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 He should be the MVP! 230236 HE SUCKS!!!! the product of a scheme.
ROCCEO Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 He'd be starting on the Bills. Fletcher would be playing SLB. 230287 Fletcher isn't an SLB type, im sure he'd be fine but hes a million times better than teddy in the middle.
Rico Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 Fletcher isn't an SLB type, im sure he'd be fine but hes a million times better than teddy in the middle. 232475 If it's a big game, I'll take Bruschi over Fletcher every time... he's the definition of a money player.
Toledo Bill Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 HE SUCKS!!!! the product of a scheme. 232473 I sure hope you are being sarcastic. He is a big game player that epitomizes a "team concept". That does not make him a "scheme success".
Bflojohn Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 I've said it before and I'll say it again..... I'd take 53 Wayne Chrebets' into battle and the same can be said for Tedy Bruschi, It TRULY is about winning and these two have "it" seeping out of their pores, for 60 minutes!!!!!
LabattBlue Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 HE SUCKS!!!! the product of a scheme. 232473 I thought that was the reason why Brady was good? WTF is every Pats player just a good "system player"?
JimBob2232 Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 Bruschi AND Sam Adams...any free agents have the initials PBR?
ROCCEO Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 I thought that was the reason why Brady was good? WTF is every Pats player just a good "system player"? 232633 Brady is good, in fact he is undeniably good. Wait til Crennell leaves and the wheels start falling off within the next 2 yaers, Brady will still be above average at least but guys like Bruschi and Ted Johnson just wouldn't be nearly as productive on a different team. He is an average player with smarts and guts. The more football I watch, the more it seems that its mostly about chemistry and coaching above anything else.
JimBob2232 Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 Individually, the pats are dominated by about 10-15 other teams in the league. But that doesnt matter. Its not a slap at the patriots either. They have heart, dedication, willpower, coaching and play as a team. Every other team in the league is trying to find ways to manipulate the cap. The patriots have done it with coaching and building a coheisive team that performs spectacularly. Who knows how much crenell and weis leaving will affect this team. I suspect more than we will ever know. It might very well be that the pats have a nucleus of players in NE who will carry the torch for the new coaches, but I wouldnt be suprised either way. BB is running the show, and I for one will never again second guess one of his decisions. and for the record...the patriots can kiss my a$$
