udonkey Posted February 7, 2005 Posted February 7, 2005 I seriously think that the Eagles have never run a 2 minute drill. They ran off nearly a minute before the 2 minute warning, then 10-15 seconds on their final posession going out of their own end zone. Really pathetic.
stevestojan Posted February 7, 2005 Posted February 7, 2005 the worst clock management ever. EVER. Seriously. What in the WORLD was McNabb thinking huddling every play? Call 2, maybe 3 plays in the initial huddle. Play calling was the difference between scoring, and kicking off, and scoring and having a terrible onside kick.. AWFUL...

Tux of Borg Posted February 7, 2005 Posted February 7, 2005 It was so terrible that even the announcers picked up on it. 3 minutes left and down by 2 scores. Lets do long huddles and throw 3 yard passes to the RB.

Seriously, that was downright pathetic clock mgmt by Reid and Philly.

Clock management is entirely on the coach in that situation...and he really clenched the ol' sphincter big time in the last 8 minutes.
bflo83 Posted February 7, 2005 Posted February 7, 2005 Herman Edwards came down to help his old team out with clock management
