TakeYouToTasker
Good. The plan is working. Indeed. Apparently I am managing to keep the undesirables out of my zip code.

Marv's Neighbor
Considering the Property Tax, you'd think they could clean up NJ a little more.
Jim in Anchorage
"no photo available." Either i did something wrong, or they found out about the "publicity" and took down the pics. As of 5pm pacific, 8 eastern. Open the virtual tour it can be seen there. Looks just like those houses in East Aurora as you are heading towards Warsaw. Pretty boring house. Except for the Clemson themed bedroom.

You don't get a lot for $37,000 in taxes anymore. http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/104-Oak-Ridge-Ave-Summit-NJ-07901/40067901_zpid/
HereComesTheReignAgain
Not Jersey, thank God. Way to back up your ignorant statement. I'm sure my brand new apartment with a view of Manhattan pales in comparison to your home.

Over 29 years of fanhood
I have no clue why this house is viewed as nothing special. Awesome 4000+ Sqft house, with a yard, overlooking a park, 20 minutes outside of Manhattan, a nice burb with a walk to the train to the city, right off of 78.... Are you kidding me? Nothing special? Nothing special? +1. We have some real aristocrats around these parts. I understand its not huge by NFL head coach standards but come on...I'm considering purchasing a home half that size and 3 times the age and I'm concerned I'll come off as too bourgeois.
