Awesome 4000+ Sqft house, with a yard, overlooking a park, 20 minutes outside of Manhattan, a nice burb with a walk to the train to the city, right off of 78.... Are you kidding me? Nothing special?

I understand its not huge by NFL head coach standards but come on...I'm considering purchasing a home half that size and 3 times the age and I'm concerned I'll come off as too bourgeois.
