YoloinOhio
Looks nice, but NJ real estate appears to be way overpriced. That's under a mill here. Edited February 7, 2015 by YoloinOhio
Mr. WEO
Hard to say it's over-priced. Probably $400-500 a square foot, likely market rate for the area. Taxes look cheaper than up here in rochester--by a lot. But you're right--in the rust belt, that place is likely well under $200/sqft.

Mr. WEO
overpriced was the wrong term. Just interesting seeing the difference in real estate prices. True. To be truly shocked, go across the GWB into Manhattan...$1000/sqft (starting) for places below 100th street.
GG
Pretty much in line with market, and rare to get new construction in Summit.
Buffalo_Stampede
Very modest house for a big name like Rex Ryan. He will fit in here.

Sojourner
For a man who spends most of his time near grass (or artificial), those lawns are in a pretty tattered state.

Doesn't that mean he isn't home enough b.c he is always coaching?

HereComesTheReignAgain
You couldn't pay me to live in New Jersey. Where do you live? I moved to NJ last may and was surprised how nice certain areas are. But I'm guessing you know nothing other than the typical stereotypes of NJ. All millionaires or home owners who work as much as a HC in the NFL, do their own gardening or landscaping. My bad.

Augie
Yeah….beautiful green suburbs all over the place….great beaches and NYC as a playground. NJ sucks….ok Parts of NJ are absolutely gorgeous, no doubt. I have generally moved south my whole life, and I'm spoiled by warm weather. NJ is much like Buffalo, a generally nice place with a bad rap. I make fun of it like others make fun of Buffalo. My parents lived in various NJ locations there during my high school and college years and I spent a good bit of time there and enjoyed. No promises I won't make fun again. :-)
