Buffalo_Stampede Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 Pegula was his agent. I believe he is still represented by the same agency. Just turned 28. What would your reaction be?
BillsNutInKorea Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 I think ray rice' s circumstances are different from Richie incognito - rays's infraction was physical while Richie's infraction (so to speak) is verbal. At least that's according to what I have read. Â Plus more time has elapsed since RI got in trouble , and the Bills now have a female owner...... So I'm thinking the team will pass for now. Â On a personal note - if RR has paid his dues and REALLY has learned, then I wouldn't mind him on the team. Who am I to cast a stone and say he is an inferior person. I've made my mistakes - but not this type.
Maury Ballstein Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 Let's just go full the longest yard! Â AP, Rice, McDonald, Hardy, and josh Gordon. Count the rings, hide your wives.
BillsNutInKorea Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 Let's just go full the longest yard! AP, Rice, McDonald, Hardy, and josh Gordon. Count the rings, hide your wives. That's a good one ..... Talent wise though - that's a nice team you assembled. A good coaching staff and good PR team might be able to make something out of it
Badasss Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 Let's just go full the longest yard! Â AP, Rice, McDonald, Hardy, and josh Gordon. Count the rings, hide your wives. You forgot Michael Vick.
Max Fischer Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 (edited) I'm also a Ravens fan and watch all the games. Putting aside the domestic violence, his productivity had fallen off the cliff. There are a few good articles that suggest Ray Rice would no longer be a good option and any team would be wise to avoid or sign a cap friendly deal. Â This article is a good example: http://fivethirtyeight.com/datalab/ray-rice-was-awful-when-he-last-played-football/ Edited February 7, 2015 by Max Fischer
Best Player Available Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 Give us your tired, convicted, child beaters, bad teammates, and flatulent. And look out super bowls for the Bills.
RealityCheck Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 I don't have a problem with it. You have to protect yourself at all times.
boyst Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 I'd expect him to g to the jets first. Gailey to use him with ivory and johnson
Webster Guy Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 we need a young, tough rookie rb. ray is on the decline and even though he's likely to be a model citizen from here on out, our money needs to go into the Oline.
Fadingpain Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 Pegula was his agent. I believe he is still represented by the same agency. Just turned 28. What would your reaction be? Â A few months ago while doing one of his spots with Schopp and the Bulldog, John Clayton said he thought Rice was a strong contender for ending up in Buffalo. Â Clayton cited the connection to Pegula as his agent.
Ittakestime Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 Rice isn't good though. Go get Adrian Peterson!
BuffaloFan68 Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 I have no interest in Ray Rice, I live near Baltimore & his production had dropped off which is why it was so easy for the Ravens to drop him. Adrian Peterson is on a different level though, even if he isn't what he used to be, he is still better than most. I say just keep CJ since Roman knows how to create systems that take advantage of players' strengths.
machine gun kelly Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 I say we bring back Conrad Dobler, and Dick Butkis too. Just kidding. Â My only contention with Incognito is he may be too old and not as good as he was 5 years ago. I'm not worried about the bullying thing as the strong personalities of our two lines wouldn't allow any bad behavior.
1billsfan Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 (edited) I think Spiller's going to the Jets because they have Gailey, money and word is they aren't bringing Chris Johnson back. Â As for the Bills, there is no way they go after Rice. They have their veteran RB and that's Fred Jackson who is their biggest leader on the team. Â I think the Bills will go RB with the #50 pick. A very good one will probably slide to them out of the top four of Gurley, Gordon, Coleman and Johnson. Edited February 7, 2015 by 1billsfan
HalftimeAdjustment Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 Rice may have the highest chance of re-offending of any of the "problem" players. Couple that with his declining play and... No thanks.
Doc Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 No. Rice was on the downswing before his incident.
YoloinOhio Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 (edited) No because he sucks. There are several stud RBs in the draft who can run between the tackles. Edited February 7, 2015 by YoloinOhio
Green Lightning Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 AP deserves a second chance as well. Run him between RI and Wood.
