Buffalo Barbarian Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 That's Slippin` Jimmy. It must be before he becomes a lawyer. Actually I think it is the life changing point that pushes him to become one. Thanks, that's what I was thinking but you never now
The Poojer Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 He fooled me with both scams tonight. Hook line and sinker.
BuffaloBillsForever Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 (edited) The watch scam totally got me but when the guy fell off the platform I knew what was up. If they didn't start the show with slippin' Jimmy in this episode I wouldn't have caught on with the billboard scam. But it was brilliant. I love the Kim dynamic in Better Call Saul. More of her and their relationship. Edited February 24, 2015 by BuffaloBillsForever
The Poojer Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 the set up was just perfect...Jimmy exhausting all his resources to get someone to cover the story....him seemingly wanting to fight for his name...it all just threw me completely off the scent....then BAM....they got me good The watch scam totally got me but when the guy fell off the platform I knew what was up. If they didn't start the show with slippin' Jimmy in this episode I wouldn't have caught on with the billboard scame. But it was brilliant.
dpberr Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 I think BCS gives Justified a run for its money for the quality of the writing.
Canadian Bills Fan Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 I found it funny when the husband and wife tried to offer Jimmy the bribe and he said he could take it as a retainer for being their lawyer and they still said no lol CBF
Justice Posted February 25, 2015 Posted February 25, 2015 I found it funny when the husband and wife tried to offer Jimmy the bribe and he said he could take it as a retainer for being their lawyer and they still said no lol CBF Lol. "You look like the type of lawyer that represents guilty people". Classic line.
eball Posted February 25, 2015 Posted February 25, 2015 Watched "Hero" last night. Fantastic writing. Four episodes in, anyone who worried about whether the show could live up to Breaking Bad-type expectations has to be pleasantly surprised.
Nanker Posted February 25, 2015 Posted February 25, 2015 And his brother. Oh, brother! Plenty of fodder between his brother, Kim, and the bad guys to work a number on him as he becomes Saul. He already broke bad at the campfire.
dpberr Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 The client with the talking toilet was comedy gold last night. Quickly becoming one of my favorite shows to watch.

/dev/null Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 The Sex Toylet was funny We got some back story on Chuck and a hint of whats to come. Anyone catch next weeks preview? Looks like we're going to get some history on Mike
K-9 Posted March 5, 2015 Posted March 5, 2015 Anybody know the currency exchange rate in the Independent Republic of Sandia? I need to exchange some dollars for Ricky bucks as I'm thinking of investing in talking toilets. Five episodes in, five separate masterpieces. Haven't experienced a dragging moment yet. Jimmy as 'Matlock' at the nursing home was pure gold, too. Reminded me of the place Hector Salamanca lived.
