Beef Jerky Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 And people thought you could hurt the integrity of the league.

The NFL is like ESPN. People complain that it is the worst thing ever and they are killing themselves with these decisions to the point of being unwatchable and meanwhile they just keep getting bigger and bigger and more successful. "Nobody goes there anymore, it's too crowded." -Yogi Berra
BillsFan-4-Ever Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 they were all hoping the Cheaters LOST
Johnny Hammersticks Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 I think most casual fans tuned in mainly to gawk at Katy Perry's chesticles. Stayed for the game because nothing else was on.
May Day 10 Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 The NFL is like ESPN. People complain that it is the worst thing ever and they are killing themselves with these decisions to the point of being unwatchable and meanwhile they just keep getting bigger and bigger and more successful. "Nobody goes there anymore, it's too crowded." -Yogi Berra I have been beating on that for years, but in a lot of ways I was preparing for when the Bills left. New ownership, along with a HC and OC who I believe are very capable of making this team a contender.... and a pretty decent season has rejuvenated my interest in NFL football. Loved this superbowl. Hated the outcome.

Lurker Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 Cue the geniuses screaming about what a bad job Goodell is doing. Amen to that...
papazoid Posted February 2, 2015 Author Posted February 2, 2015 Super Bowl XLIX was the most-viewed television program in history The Patriots-Seahawks showdown enjoyed a 49.7 rating. In other words, 49.7 percent of the homes that had televisions on had them tuned to the Super Bowl. That's an astounding number, ten times the size of even the most popular TV shows, and it's exactly why advertisers are willing to fork out $4.5 million for 30 seconds' worth of ad time. http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutdown-corner/super-bowl-sets-viewership-record-161138960.html
Mr. WEO Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 This is the least surprising outcome of the evening. Completley predictable--the deflategate "scandal" worked exactly as predicted, and intended
Johnny Hammersticks Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 This is the least surprising outcome of the evening. Completley predictable--the deflategate "scandal" worked exactly as predicted, and intended Hmmm....interesting.
machine gun kelly Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 It was a great game, bad outcome, and even a good half time show.
BillsFan-4-Ever Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 the two stooges Mike and Mike claimed that 63% of Americans did not watch the SB. hmmmm that's close to the 47% oh sorry never mind... too political. Mike and Mike also said they prefer a bunch of dancing a gyrating that you get with a Beyoncé type performer.
