Another step....he finished the tournament.

10 strokes off the pace .

Didn't win BUT wasn't last.

Tied for 9th in a field with 8 of the top 10 competing.  Not bad for the first time out in more than 300 days.

Glad he stayed healthy.  Looked like he was having fun out there.  He's always been a pleasure to watch and I hope he can remain healthy for all the majors.

Wow, nine pages and nearly 3 years of discussion regarding whether or not Tiger Woods is finished?

I guess the "How to bring peace to the Middle East" thread would need a few thousand pages and a century of posts!

Should we care that he is in the middle of the pack?

How many times do we need to hear Tiger is back?

Until he is contending, this is a non story.

Right in the middle T-84th

Seniors Tour eligible?

The minimum age for the Champions Tour is 50.  At any rate, it's good too see Tiger back on the PGA tour and healthy.

He has my fan-loyalty and total gratitude for giving me the best golfing I never dreamed possible for over a decade.

I hope he can ride out his next 20 or so years as a good ambassador for the game and maybe give us some hope, I don't want to feel sorry for him.

Looks like Tiger will make the cut on the number at -1 after shooting a 71 today.  His short game saved him today if he does indeed make it to the weekend as his driving was really off with only 3 of 14 fairways hit with 8 of 18 GIR.
