CowgirlsFan Posted December 4, 2017 Posted December 4, 2017 Another step....he finished the tournament. 10 strokes off the pace . Didn't win BUT wasn't last.

Tied for 9th in a field with 8 of the top 10 competing. Not bad for the first time out in more than 300 days.
row_33 Posted December 4, 2017 Posted December 4, 2017 That was nice, still a long journey to go to start contending at Majors....
Gugny Posted December 4, 2017 Posted December 4, 2017 Glad he stayed healthy. Looked like he was having fun out there. He's always been a pleasure to watch and I hope he can remain healthy for all the majors.
Nanker Posted December 22, 2017 Posted December 22, 2017 Hope he comes back. Golf is boring without him. It's like what boxing became without Ali. 1
Fadingpain Posted December 23, 2017 Posted December 23, 2017 Wow, nine pages and nearly 3 years of discussion regarding whether or not Tiger Woods is finished? I guess the "How to bring peace to the Middle East" thread would need a few thousand pages and a century of posts!
IslandBillsFan Posted January 26, 2018 Posted January 26, 2018 Should we care that he is in the middle of the pack? How many times do we need to hear Tiger is back? Until he is contending, this is a non story. Right in the middle T-84th
row_33 Posted January 26, 2018 Posted January 26, 2018 He shot par for a tourney where 53 under will win ?
Gugny Posted January 26, 2018 Posted January 26, 2018 He got through another healthy round. Go Tiger!

I hope he can ride out his next 20 or so years as a good ambassador for the game and maybe give us some hope, I don't want to feel sorry for him.
26CornerBlitz Posted January 26, 2018 Posted January 26, 2018 Looks like Tiger will make the cut on the number at -1 after shooting a 71 today. His short game saved him today if he does indeed make it to the weekend as his driving was really off with only 3 of 14 fairways hit with 8 of 18 GIR.
26CornerBlitz Posted January 27, 2018 Posted January 27, 2018 Another day of wayward driving, but he manages to score a -2 today with great chips and a hot putter.
