It happens all over. I personally know a veteran in this country that refuses surgery on his leg (torn knee) so they can be part disabled. Now that's not right. I wonder how much they get? At least that's what the person says. How can this be true? If it is fixable (through surgery) why can't they force them or cut their payments?
