Robert Paulson Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 wow, that is awesome- i wonder what Dougie's manual looked like
Dorkington Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 wow, that is awesome- i wonder what Dougie's manual looked like Obviously you just find a guy and block him, and CJ will do the rest.
K D Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 people hear 50% of what is said they understand 50% of what they hear they believer 50% of what they understand they remember 50% of what they believe  so that means I will only understand 6% of what this guy is talking about so instead i'm going to tke a nap

I just hope, whatever it is he's talking about works. I'll check the scoreboard to see how smart he is.

stevewin Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 This appears to actually be the teachings/principles of Mike Solari as OL coach. Not that some wouldn't be Roman's too - but it seems to me that some of how much actually transfers to the Bills will depend also on the new OL coach Kromer
Nanker Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 Does he have his squad play with under-inflated balls?
Fixxxer Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 That is a great read, unfortunately we couldn't hire Solari to coach the OL, seems to be a pretty intense guy.
Protocal69 Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 Roman a genius in the run game. ROMAN would have everything that is on this manuel plus some. Would would even assume that at least 50% of information in this manuel he learned directly from Roman

Robert Paulson Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 Up the middle.JPG that's what i thought!

Since Solari worked under he and Harbaugh, the concepts will likely follow if they found them to be successful and believe they will work with the personnel they end up with on the OL. I could be wrong but Kromer would coach the OL according to Roman's scheme.Does he have his squad play with under-inflated balls?pears has that covered

Cleveland Rocks? Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 In my opinion, Greg Roman was without a doubt the best available offensive coordinator this year. Good job, Bills. I anticipate he will continue to get HC looks next year, which is why Kromer was brought in as OL coach for an in-house succession plan.
