Azalin Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 If you don't spend the money and fire all those government workers (because of falling tax receipts with the recession) it will depress consumer spending and wages. And no, everyone doesn't understand that Not only that, but we can just keep printing more money, so there's really nothing at all to worry about.
Trump_is_Mentally_fit Posted January 26, 2015 Author Posted January 26, 2015 Not only that, but we can just keep printing more money, so there's really nothing at all to worry about.Yup
Azalin Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 Yup Well, what the hell is everyone so worried about then? Easy street, here we come!
Trump_is_Mentally_fit Posted January 26, 2015 Author Posted January 26, 2015 Well, what the hell is everyone so worried about then? Easy street, here we come! Well the hyper inflation is going to get us! You know they devalued the dollar so much, heck, look at the price of gas!
Chef Jim Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 Well the hyper inflation is going to get us! You know they devalued the dollar so much, heck, look at the price of gas! And the current price of gas has what to do with inflation?
Trump_is_Mentally_fit Posted January 26, 2015 Author Posted January 26, 2015 And the current price of gas has what to do with inflation? Can you put your question in some form of context? Just so I know where you are going and I can answer better
keepthefaith Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 Do we need a thread about the dysfunctional GOP congress on the heals of an election where the Dems were wiped out, in this environment of 40% approval ratings for the President and at a time when no Democrat other than Hillary Clinton may run for the Democratic nomination? Tell me which party is dysfunctional at the moment?
dayman Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 And the current price of gas has what to do with inflation? They are the cause of our disinflation?
Chef Jim Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 Can you put your question in some form of context? Just so I know where you are going and I can answer better Oh sure sorry. What does the current price of gas have to do with inflation?
Trump_is_Mentally_fit Posted January 27, 2015 Author Posted January 27, 2015 Oh sure sorry. What does the current price of gas have to do with inflation? No, more specific. That question could be answered in so many ways. Can you be more specific? And what is the point of the question? Are you lamely trying to play gotcha?
keepthefaith Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 No, more specific. That question could be answered in so many ways. Can you be more specific? And what is the point of the question? Are you lamely trying to play gotcha? He gotcha.
Chef Jim Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 No, more specific. That question could be answered in so many ways. Can you be more specific? And what is the point of the question? Are you lamely trying to play gotcha? Ok I'll play. You mentioned the devalued dollar and the price of gas in the same sentence. What do they have to do with each other? Stop playing dum......oh wait that's an impossibility.
Trump_is_Mentally_fit Posted January 27, 2015 Author Posted January 27, 2015 Ok I'll play. You mentioned the devalued dollar and the price of gas in the same sentence. What do they have to do with each other? Stop playing dum......oh wait that's an impossibility. It's "dumb," you dimwit. If the dollar was truly "devalued" would gas prices rise or fall?
TakeYouToTasker Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 It's "dumb," you dimwit. If the dollar was truly "devalued" would gas prices rise or fall? Do you live in a vacuum?
Trump_is_Mentally_fit Posted January 27, 2015 Author Posted January 27, 2015 Do you live in a vacuum? Oh, Mr. Hyper-Inflation has arrived!
Chef Jim Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 It's "dumb," you dimwit. If the dollar was truly "devalued" would gas prices rise or fall? Gee thanks for letting me know how dumb is spelled. And yes the main reason gas is cheap is due to the value of the dollar.
IDBillzFan Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 As good as any place to put this nuts-on accurate depiction of our supreme leader...
Trump_is_Mentally_fit Posted January 27, 2015 Author Posted January 27, 2015 Gee thanks for letting me know how dumb is spelled. And yes the main reason gas is cheap is due to the value of the dollar. No problem! And, oh, that's the point you were trying to play gotcha on. No, I wasn't saying that. But I was sure you didn't understand, just wanted to hash it out of you, thanks for demonstrating--finally--what you didn't get.
DC Tom Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 No problem! And, oh, that's the point you were trying to play gotcha on. No, I wasn't saying that. But I was sure you didn't understand, just wanted to hash it out of you, thanks for demonstrating--finally--what you didn't get. Oh, you certainly made a hash out of that explanation.
Chef Jim Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 Oh, you certainly made a hash out of that explanation. Not really. Hash, whether you're eating it or smoking it hash is good.
