Guest RabidBillsFanVT Posted February 6, 2005 Posted February 6, 2005 Welcome to the Middle East version of 'democracy'... the next act in a drama that will have grave consequences. And so it goes, the work on the Iraqi Constitution, the document of a 'free' people... The Constitution debate I will be following this with great interest... who will win this debate? Support of al-Sistani came at a price; but is the price too high?

Because.....ya know.....this smoothly run democratic government and society of OURS just fell into our laps back in 1776.
