YoloinOhio Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 @ByTimGraham: I'm told among the Bills coaches Rex Ryan will retain are the strength and conditioning staff.
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 Good news. Now we can continue complaining about rusty jones' departure.
billieve420 Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 This season there didnt appear to be multiple season ending injuries and overall pretty healthy for the entire year. So this training staff deserves kudos for a good job.
YoloinOhio Posted January 14, 2015 Author Posted January 14, 2015 Didn't Marrone whine about these guys in the offseason? I agree, the Bills stayed pretty healthy most of the year compared to some other teams. Gotta get Sammy right though.
Tyrod's Tailor Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 Didn't Marrone whine about these guys in the offseason? I agree, the Bills stayed pretty healthy most of the year compared to some other teams. Gotta get Sammy right though. He sure did! I fell for it too, about 12 months ago.
Mr. WEO Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 Will they bring the TVs back to the weight rooms??
K D Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 he probably didn't' want to bring that one idiot that tripped the dolphins player with him anyhow
I'm Spartacus Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 he probably didn't' want to bring that one idiot that tripped the dolphins player with him anyhow He was squatting for a fart, and didn't see the Dolphin guy coming.
Big C Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 Great choice. I know we had a rotation thing on the D-Line, but those guys were a nonstop force all year. Dareus took a ton of snaps and didn't have any problems until that unfortunate Raiders game. Health was generally great this year.
John from Riverside Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 I thought these guys actually did a good job this past yar
billsfan89 Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 There didn't seem to be too many injuries this season. Kiko was a freak occurance in the off-season, can't think of too many other devestating injuries to the team. One good thing Marrone did the past couple of seasons was modernize a lot of the aspects of the team. Ryan comes from a more progressive mold too so if he likes the staff I don't have a major issue with it.
Utah John Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 It's normal for NFL players to have injuries. What I liked about this past year was that so many guys were able to get back on the field quickly. Major injuries like McKelvin's knee obviously don't apply, but a lot of players were fit enough and strong enough and flexible enough that the dings didn't sideline them for long.
Peter Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 I am convince that Saint Doug was Tim Graham's source complaining that the staff was too old school and not cutting edge. If I am correct, it is ironic that Saint Doug would have such a complaint given the way he coached the team.
The Big Cat Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 I was legitimately concerned about losing these guys. The last two years--particularly in comparison to the IR of the hour club under Jauron--have been remarkably injury-free.
