4BillsintheBurgh Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 He was also at Pitt for the 1986 year, but that was before Whaley.
Kelly the Dog Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 Replaced as the OC in KC by Chan Gailey if you're interested in that Six Degrees of Kamar Aiken thing.
reddogblitz Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 We now have Dennis Thurman on staff who played for Tom Landry. Solari was an OLine Assistant under Landry. Any other Landry guys we can get?

SageAgainstTheMachine Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 I hope all of this adds up to us signing Mike Iupati.
YoloinOhio Posted January 13, 2015 Author Posted January 13, 2015 @mikerodak: Chris Foerster was the Ravens OL coach in 2006-07 when Greg Roman was their OL assistant. Now Roman could be his boss.
Buftex Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 We now have Dennis Thurman on staff who played for Tom Landry. Solari was an OLine Assistant under Landry. Any other Landry guys we can get? Danny White?
Ed_Formerly_of_Roch Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 Well glad to hear the Skins are nicer than the Bills were in that they granted permission to talk with their line coach where as we tuned down their request to interview Schwartz.
Kelly the Dog Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 Well glad to hear the Skins are nicer than the Bills were in that they granted permission to talk with their line coach where as we tuned down their request to interview Schwartz. That's kind of a different thing, the coordinator to position coach. Especially because at the time, the Bills had no idea who was going to be their head coach, and Schwartz was a HC candidate.
YoloinOhio Posted January 13, 2015 Author Posted January 13, 2015 Well glad to hear the Skins are nicer than the Bills were in that they granted permission to talk with their line coach where as we tuned down their request to interview Schwartz.have they hired anyone yet? I hear he's free now. Why would the Bills need to be "nice?" They didn't know who they were hiring for HC yet when that request came through.
thebandit27 Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 Solari is the guy I've wanted as OL coach
HOUSE Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 Advice, we don't need to run on first down on every series
bisonbrigade Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 How about Doug Marrone for Offensive line coach? LOL
Captain Hindsight Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 How about Doug Marrone for Offensive line coach? LOL Obviously better than his current position
RealityCheck Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 Marrone would make a great water boy. Visor meets squirt bottle.
thewildrabbit Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 This is really good news, as the Bills needed to move away from Pat Morris. Can Solari bring that 49er O line with him?
John from Riverside Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 I do hope they get permission to interview and hire Solari.....respected OL coach This is really good news, as the Bills needed to move away from Pat Morris. Can Solari bring that 49er O line with him? Perhaps one of them!
