Leroi Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 I just heard that Rex is scheduled for a second interview next week. He is our favorite candidate. Gregg Roman is also our #1 choice for OC if we hire Rex. Should be a awesome package. Let's hope it works out. Imo

Jim Schwartz already has the defensive side of the ball in great shape and playing like All Pros, so I was hoping Whaley and Mr. & Mrs. Pegula would tap a smart innovative offensive mind to come in and give the offensive side of the ball the shot in the arm needed. Balance is key here.
