Understand that Bills fans are the best most loyal fans any franchise could hope for. Win for your team, win for yourself and win for the fans.

1. Use the Schwartz! Not the dark side of the Swartz, the good. Do or do not there is no try.
2. Get Manual to do some labor. Design a offense on what EJ can do, not what you want to do.
3. Take the offense out of the offensive line. Terrible would be an upgrade from last year. And O-line was supposed to be Marrones strong suit. LOL
4. Sammy-fy the offense. He should be targeted intentionally at least 3 times a quarter. And I am not talking about two yard outs.

Wow, I read this little nugget and it reaffirmed my joy that tomato-head is gone

Have a smaller wad of dip in your mouth during interviews than the last guy.

Don't listen to schopp and the bulldog. Unless you feel like quitting.

Move Sammy Watkins to CB. He's another Ty Law and him and Gilmore will be a shutdown tandem for years.

At Clemson, he was utilized on a variety of quick screens that allowed him to showcase his incredible burst, vision and running back-esque agility.

The NFL is a slight step up from the ACC, but Watkins was given the football on just four screens ALL SEASON in Buffalo. That's not enough. Not even close. He received a reverse in Week 17. Whoopie!

If that doesn't make your head want to explode...

Find a kickoff specialist to fill an unessesary roster spot on game day

Continue to use 3 tight end formations when your tight ends are bad

Call play action passes when your down by 2 scores and its late in the game...that fools them every time

Bench quality players because they irritated you one time and play the lousiest player you have

Take bad right tackles and start them at guard, if they aren't good after 8 years of their natural position they'll be good at another

Always start your end of game interviews with a rundown of an injury report and answer ever question with "obviously we need to get better"

When you aren't running the ball effectively up the middle, call 20 more run plays up the middle.
