Since you would not answer the question posed, here is what the NYT reports: Insurrection charges are considered difficult to prove and are exceedingly rare. While many people have called the events of Jan. 6 an “insurrection,” the Justice Department has not charged any rioters with that crime. And when in those shelters. they are not allowed to have any electronic device. I didn't hear from my little sister for almost a week after the first terrorist attack on 10/7 Imagine its similar for the people in Say Ukraine, Crimea, Palestine.
