What do you think this teams strengths and weaknesses are and how would you address them?

Can you turn EJ Manuel into a top 15 NFL QB, and if so how will you do it?

Secondly, can and will you accept Schwartz as your DC and allow him to run that side of the ball? B-)

Are you thick skinned enough to ignore the comments from the press who could not get a job coaching a high school football team without paying for uniforms and equipment for team?

Most importantly, who will be your kickoff specialist? Also, can you somehow win with EJ and make him look competent?! Because we don't have any idea where to find any other QBs... Oh... I see, well we've also got Tuel. Can you win with him?

I would want to know the coaches answer to the following dilemma. You are in jail suspected of a robbery. The DA approaches you to offer a deal - he tells you he has your accomplice in an adjacent cell. He indicates that if one of you confesses and the other does not the confessor only gets a two year sentence but the non-confessor gets ten years. If you both confess each of you will get eight years. If you both refuse to confess each of you will receive 5 years. What would you do?
