Well, they're not. Just standing on the side of the road, watching.

 

If that picture isn't a metaphor for the Bills' offensive line, I don't know what is.

Yes, and "vaguely hominid" works well too.

 

"Wandering aimlessly in the wilderness" applies better to the Bills' wide receivers, I think.
