And he's blowing out a 12-4 team.

Arizona is not the same team they were 5 weeks ago. All of a sudden Cam should get props for winning a whopping half dozen games or so in a putrid division. Theres nothing superman like about that.

Come on...are you watching this? Who is Ryan Lindley? These RBs? This punter? He was handed the ball at the 50 twice to start to game. He's playing at home and Stewart just broke three tackles to single handedly score.

cam is faster, has a stronger arm and is slightly more accurate than EJ. EJ in my opinion doesn't possess the talent that cam newton has

EJ's arm is very strong. I wouldn't say Cam's is stronger. He is just, as you say, slightly more accurate. And he uses his legs to make an impact. Something the dynamic duo coached out of EJ. Cam is definitely faster and more sudden though. As was said, quick twitch. EJ reminds me more of Big Ben. I think that's the best comparison.

This team doesn't deserve to be 12-4?

Two teams that suck in the playoffs, who woulda thunk it?

This 12-4 team is playing their 3rd QB and 3rd RB due to injury.

fixed

They won some games, 7 of them. 7 games and tied the Bengals who are like the 4th seed in the AFC. I almost hope they do go to the Super Bowl and get spanked and exposed for how awful they are.

He has lost his team more then a few games this year.

Yeah! Like the Broncos!

Anyway, Newton may not be that great, be he is light years ahead of EJ--from day one. They only similarity between the 2 of them may be their shoe size.

EJ has almost as good as any NFL QB when it comes to athletic ability. Yet he's always been one that prefers to be a pocket passer first etc. which is actually a good thing if he is going to ever develop if ask me. I admit I'm not ready to toss him aside yet. What Manuel has to work on might be his leadership/huddle skills and of course throwing the ball more in anticipation that the guy he running to is going to be open. I know many have criticized him for his "check down" mentality but in watching Orton run the offense he did much of the same so it could have been part of our game plan. That said as Whaley said we need to bring in a QB (or two) this offseason. Which to me tells me we'll bring in an UFA and likely draft a guy likely in the mid to late rounds.

I think that it would serve Manuel very well if his next OC and he would embrace using him as an extra "RB" on QB draws that the defense doesn't account for, especially in the red zone. If they have success and start spying on Manuel then that opens up huge holes for our skill players to do some damage.

This really is Manuel's make or break year. I hope the next OC is the key missing ingredient in getting Manuel on track to becoming a long term franchise QB for the Bills. No matter what QB competition they bring in as a fee agent.

The guy is in his 4th year with 2 playoff appearances, and OROY award under his belt. Who cares if he's overrated or squeaked into the playoffs?

This Arizona team is not a 12-4 team. They're riddled with injury, not that fundamentally sound and facing a team that has tremendous talent in the Dbackfield. This Panthers team could easily upset again next week. You cannot pass on them.

Cam newton is the truth. Not sure what bobo and Jb are talking about.

4,000 yards as a rookie. He's great.

4,000 yards of nothing but chuck it up over and over...4,000 yards in this era of football is like sneezing.

This 12-4 team is playing their 3rd QB and 3rd RB due to injury.

The Ohio State University is succeeding with a 3rd QB and backup RB and they're succeeding on their level because they are a good team.

Arizona was never that good, sorry.

Newton was in a crazy rollover MVA less than a month ago and broke bones in his back and is playing today. EJ got hurt and sat out 3 different times in his rookie preseason/season.

If there was a way to trade for Cam I would jump at it, and would feel optimistic about next year.with EJ I won't feel the offence will be any good. So I guess that's how I would differentiate between the two.

Watching this game, it's clear Newton is the problem. I mean, hitting KB in the numbers 20 yards down the field only to watch him drop it? Classic Cam.

There is a point to be made. EJ is a big solid kid--he needs to be able to take hits week after week. We don't need a QB playing not to get hurt.

I agree - I just don't think it was a particularly fair way to make the point

It'll be nice to hear all the Benjamin-over-Sammy posters during this game -- you know, when they actually watch Benjamin play instead of letting his highlights inform their opinions. The guy has a long ways to go to even be considered a peer of Sammy. He's got rocks for hands and my grandmother runs sharper routes. The guy has oodles of athletic talent but he's not on Sammy's level on any measure.
