finn Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 So Pegula asks Polian to come in, Marrone hears bad things about Polian and leaves, prompting Polian to change his mind because things are falling apart fast. Today we hear that at least two people in the front office badmouthed Polian to Marrone, who passed on the tidbit to Pegula, who announces that the new HC will not be reporting to Whaley, leaving his role up in the air. And any of this might be inaccurate. Confusion, greed, betrayal, backstabbing, power plays... We just need a little sex to top it off. The Bills organization is on the verge of becoming a laughing stock, if it isn't already. What do the Pegulas have to do now to turn this debacle into something positive?
GOBILLS78 Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 What do the Pegulas have to do now to turn this debacle into something positive? Pretty much just get a quarterback.
thronethinker Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 This whole thread is a Circus, discussing nothing but rumors.
stevestojan Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 Pretty much just get a quarterback. And make sure Dareus never EVER gets injured.
G-Daddy Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 It's only a circus outside the organization due to rumors and media speculation. Inside, I'm sure the Pegulas have a plan. You don't get to that level without one. Remain calm.
Proteus Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 Only people calling it a debacle or circus are melodramatic Bills fans.

filthymcnasty08 Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 Please God....Let the sex part involve Kim......NOT Buddy Nix
Doc Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 "Circus?" LOL! Everything is going great, whether planned or not. Orton, Marrone, and Hackett being gone are addition by subtraction because they were part of the biggest problems of the team. The Bills still have their defense and ST's entirely intact. And Orton and Marrone leaving apparently made Polian decide it wouldn't be "fun" to join the Bills, so that was another bullet dodged.
BuffaloBill Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 Please God....Let the sex part involve Kim......NOT Buddy Nix But what if it's that Buddy hooks up with Kim? Then we would have a real soap opera...
Beerball Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 Pretty much just get a quarterback. Yup, that and a good HC is "all" that it will take.
mead107 Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 So much made up crap. Throw it at the wall and see what sticks
filthymcnasty08 Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 But what if it's that Buddy hooks up with Kim? Then we would have a real soap opera... You went there.....

Sounds like just about any corporate office in America that is going through change. The eye of the storm always seems to be St.Doug. Why would he say anything to Polian or Pegula about what he heard other than to cause a problem? Good riddance Dougie.
jester43 Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 Pretty much just get a quarterback. is it too early for "post of the year" nominations?
chris heff Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 I don't understand how this is a circus? Marrone tried a power play, probably so he didn't have to fire Hackett, and lost. There is no way Pegula was going to have his first major decision since buying the Bills be giving in to Marrone's demands. The team is better off without him. As for Polian, he is basically retred. Has a stress free gig at ESPN. Why would he want to take on a job with any NFL team? He certainly has nothing to prove, and doesn't need the money.
