So Pegula asks Polian to come in, Marrone hears bad things about Polian and leaves, prompting Polian to change his mind because things are falling apart fast. Today we hear that at least two people in the front office badmouthed Polian to Marrone, who passed on the tidbit to Pegula, who announces that the new HC will not be reporting to Whaley, leaving his role up in the air. And any of this might be inaccurate.

Confusion, greed, betrayal, backstabbing, power plays... We just need a little sex to top it off. The Bills organization is on the verge of becoming a laughing stock, if it isn't already.

What do the Pegulas have to do now to turn this debacle into something positive?

It's only a circus outside the organization due to rumors and media speculation. Inside, I'm sure the Pegulas have a plan. You don't get to that level without one. Remain calm.

"Circus?" LOL! Everything is going great, whether planned or not. Orton, Marrone, and Hackett being gone are addition by subtraction because they were part of the biggest problems of the team. The Bills still have their defense and ST's entirely intact. And Orton and Marrone leaving apparently made Polian decide it wouldn't be "fun" to join the Bills, so that was another bullet dodged.

Sounds like just about any corporate office in America that is going through change.

The eye of the storm always seems to be St.Doug. Why would he say anything to Polian or Pegula about what he heard other than to cause a problem? Good riddance Dougie.

I don't understand how this is a circus? Marrone tried a power play, probably so he didn't have to fire Hackett, and lost. There is no way Pegula was going to have his first major decision since buying the Bills be giving in to Marrone's demands. The team is better off without him.

As for Polian, he is basically retred. Has a stress free gig at ESPN. Why would he want to take on a job with any NFL team? He certainly has nothing to prove, and doesn't need the money.
